CKCS Welcomes Back Students and their Families for the 20-21 School Year

We are so excited to welcome children and their families back in-person or through our virtual instruction program. Whichever learning modality school families choose, we will continue to teach through the lens of our Catholic Faith, to practice virtue, and to be a faithful partner with them in the education and formation of their children.

You’ll notice various changes in the way our school looks as well as new practices and protocols. We understand these changes may be difficult, and we are here to support you. Our goal is to collaboratively ensure you feel safe and secure, so we can navigate the complexities of returning to school in light of the prevailing pandemic.

Here are some things we are implementing to help keep our school safe and to support you:

  • All staff, students and visitors will be wearing face masks to limit the spread of germs
  • More frequent cleaning and sanitizing
  • Access to hand sanitizer throughout the workplace
  • Physical distancing markers have been placed in the hallways, cafeteria, and lobby to remind people to keep 6 feet distance from one another
  • Staggered drop-off and pick-up times will be implemented to reduce the number of children in proximity to one another, and to limit intermingling of children
  • Class -size is limited to 18 -20 students to allow for physical distancing

Please keep us in your prayers,

Kristine Peugh
