7th & 8th Grade Fall Sports 2025
Christ the King will offer two sports during the Fall Season:
1. Girls' volleyball for 7th and 8th-grade girls.
2. Co-ed soccer for 7th and 8th-grade students.
The Fall Sports meeting is on Wednesday, August 27, at 3:15PM in the school gym. This meeting is for students interested in playing 7th-8th-grade girls' volleyball, 7th-8th-grade co-ed soccer, and anyone interested in being a team manager.
Students and families will receive information about the season. Practices will start on Tuesday, September 2. If you and/or your student are unable to attend the meeting, students can meet with Mr. Noren during lunch (Room 205, Class 6A) during the week.
We are also looking for team managers for each season. Being a team manager is a great way for a student to be part of the team if they are not interested in playing. Managers assist coaches and teams during practices/matches, and it is a valuable item to include on a resume.
Student Athlete Paperwork:
All paperwork is completed online at FinalForms.com.
FinalForms is your one-stop shop for all necessary paperwork.
Student-athletes are required to submit a sports physical. These physicals are good for 24 months, so some athletes do not need to turn one in again this year. Any athlete who played a sport for CK last school year does not need a new physical. Sports physicals can be obtained through your family doctor or urgent care. I have attached a link to the WIAA sports physical form, but any form your doctor provides will be sufficient. Team managers are not required to submit a physical.
Alternate Sports:
If your student-athlete would like to play a school sport that is not offered by Christ the King, they may play at the public school your family is zoned for or at Carmichael. If you need help arranging this, let me know!
