Auction 2022 Planning Meeting

Plans for a May 2022 auction are beginning to take shape. Our Auction Chairs, Sara Mans and Raquel Murillo are excited to get started. There will be a planning meeting on January 11th from 6:00 - 7:00 pm in the school multipurpose room (old preschool). At the meeting, the theme, venue, and timeline for work to be done will be discussed. This undertaking will require many volunteer hours - we need your help. We need volunteers for the following committees:

Decorations          Procurement          Live Auction          Silent Auction          Sponsorship

Entertainment        Data Entry             Graphics               Wine Grab              Dessert Dash

Classroom Projects                             Volunteerism

Please consider how your skills, interests and expertise can be put to work. 

This meeting will take place in-person, but those who would prefer to attend virtually may join in using the following link.
